Notes and explanation:

Access before event:

Normally charged at half the rates above.

Regular bookings:

Rates agreed by individual negotiation with the Chairman/Bookings Secretary and Secretary under written contract.

Local:

Club based or individuals living in Collingbourne Ducis, Collingbourne Kingston and Everleigh.

Weddings and parties:

The Bookings Secretary and Committee reserve the right to refuse bookings. Conditions may be imposed. Payment in advance plus a returnable deposit of £50 is normally required.

Discretion:

The Committee allows the Bookings Secretary to exercise appropriate discretion when particular bookings fall between the categories above.

Changing rooms showers etc:

For one off match / event: £20.

Table and chair hire etc:

Charge plus deposit agreed with Bookings Secretary depending on number.

All bookings subject to completion of hiring agreement and acceptance of standard conditions
